The invention relates to an oligonucleotide comprising one of the sequences selected from: (i) 5'- +T C A +G T C +T G A +T A +A G +C +T -3' (formula I); or (ii) 5'- +T C +A G T +C T G +A +T A +A G C +T -3' (formula II); wherein A, T, G and C are deoxyribonucleotide building blocks, or C is 5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine; and wherein +T, +A, +G, and +C are bridged nucleotide building blocks and/or morpholino building blocks. Also provided are oligonucleotides and compositions comprising the same for therapeutic use.[French]
