Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Motorflansches (1) für einen Elektromotor (2), bei dem - eine Lagerbuchse (3) aus Stahl bereitgestellt wird, - die Lagerbuchse (3) in eine Gussform für den Motorflansch (1) eingesetzt wird, - der Motorflansch (1) aus Aluminium gegossen wird, - der Motorflansch (1) zusammen mit der eingegossenen Lagerbuchse (3) fertigbearbeitet wird. Hierdurch kann eine kostengünstige und zugleich langlebige Einbindung der Lagerbuchse (3) in den Motorflansch (1) gewährleistet werden.[English]
The invention relates to a method for producing a motor flange (1) for an electric motor (2), in which - a bearing bush (3) made of steel is provided, - the bearing bush (3) is inserted into a casting mould for the motor flange (1), - the motor flange (1) is cast from aluminium, - the motor flange (1) is finished-machined together with the cast-in bearing bush (3). As a result, a cost-effective and at the same time long-lasting integration of the bearing bush (3) in the motor flange (1) can be ensured.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une bride de moteur (1) pour un moteur électrique (2), dans lequel - un coussinet de palier (3) en acier est prévue, - le coussinet de palier (3) est inséré dans un moule de coulée pour la bride de moteur (1), - la bride de moteur (1) est coulée à partir d'aluminium, - la bride de moteur (1) est usinée avec le coussinet de palier coulé (3). Par conséquent, une intégration économique et en même temps durable du coussinet de palier (3) dans la bride de moteur (1) peut être assurée.
