Abstract[English] The invention provides means and methods to identify amino acids in target proteins which are crucial weak spots for the native protein stability. Such regions are useful for screening of compounds interacting with such amino acid regions. Compounds identified with this technology can induce the misfolding and subsequent cellular degradation of a target protein.[French] L'invention concerne des moyens et des procédés destinés à identifier des acides aminés dans des protéines cibles qui sont des points faibles cruciaux pour la stabilité de protéine native. De telles régions sont utiles pour le criblage de composés interagissant avec de telles régions d'acides aminés. Les composés identifiés avec cette technologie peuvent induire le mauvais repliement et la dégradation cellulaire ultérieure d'une protéine cible.
