Abstract[English]
The present invention generally relates to compounds of formula (I) inhibiting 3- phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (PHGDH) activity; particularly, the invention relates to compounds that are thienopyrimidylamine derivatives, including pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, methods of preparing such compounds, and therapeutic use thereof. The compounds of the invention may be useful for instance in the treatment of many disorders associated with PHGDH, for instance in the treatment of many disorders associated with fibrosis, such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale des composés de formule (I) inhibant l'activité de la 3-phosphoglycérate déshydrogénase (PHGDH) ; en particulier, l'invention concerne des composés qui sont des dérivés de thiénopyrimidylamine, des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, des procédés de préparation de tels composés, et leur utilisation thérapeutique.
