Abstract[English]
A drug delivery device comprising a spring-driven drive member adapted to rotate piston rod to expel a dose from a cartridge. A controller is axially splined to the drive member and held against a housing stop surface. An actuator member is adapted to move the controller axially out of engagement with the stop, this allowing the drive member to be rotated by the drive spring. The controller in splined engagement with the drive member is rotated helically back to the start position and reengages the stop to thereby halt the drive member.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament comprenant un élément d'entraînement entraîné par ressort conçu pour faire tourner une tige de piston pour expulser une dose d'une cartouche. Un dispositif de commande est cannelé axialement sur l'élément d'entraînement et maintenu contre une surface de butée de boîtier. Un élément actionneur est conçu pour déplacer le dispositif de commande axialement hors de prise avec la butée, ce qui permet à l'élément d'entraînement d'être entraîné en rotation par le ressort d'entraînement. Le dispositif de commande en prise cannelée avec l'élément d'entraînement est ramené en rotation hélicoïdale vers la position de départ et vient en prise avec la butée pour ainsi arrêter l'élément d'entraînement.
