Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Halbzeug (5) für die Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers. Wesentlich für die Erfindung ist, dass das Halbzeug (5) eine Platte (3) aufweist, auf die eine Klebstoffschicht (4) aus einem Schmelzklebstoff appliziert ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Halbzeugs sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen Wärmetauscher mit einer Basisplatte (2) und einem solchen Halbzeug (5), die zwischen sich einen von Fluid durchströmbaren Kühlkanal bilden oder begrenzen. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass die Basisplatte (2) und eine Platte (3) des Halbzeugs (5) durch eine Klebstoffschicht (4) aus einem auf die Platte (3) des Halbzeugs (5) vorapplizierten Schmelzklebstoff miteinander verbunden sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Fahrzeug mit zumindest einem solchen Wärmetauscher.[English]
