Wobei das Ma. %-Verhältnis von Mg + Zr / Y zwischen 0,3 und 2,0 liegt und der Sinterformkörper eine theoretische Enddichte >98%, eine Festigkeit >650MPa und eine Temperaturleitfähigkeit >25mm^2/s aufweist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Sinterformkörpers.[English]

L'invention concerne un moulage fritté à base de nitrure de silicium, comprenant du bêta-Si3N4, et 0,8 % en masse à 2,5% en masse de magnésium, 2,5 % en masse à 4,0 % en masse d'yttrium et 0,6 % en masse à 3,6 % en masse de zirconium, le rapport massique Mg + Zr/Y étant compris entre 0,3 et 2,0 et le moulage fritté présentant une densité finale théorique supérieure à 98%, une résistance supérieure à 650 MPa et une conductivité thermique supérieure à 25 mm^2/s, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication du moulage fritté de l'invention.
