Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur Herstellung eines zweilagigen Vlieses, bei der mittels einer ersten Zuführeinheit (2) synthetische Stapelfasern (2a) einer Krempel (3) zur Reinigung und Ausrichtung zugeführt werden, und der aus der Krempel (3) auslaufende Faserflor (3a) in einer ersten Verfestigung zu einem Vlies (4a) verfestigt und auf einem umlaufenden Band (5) abgelegt wird, und weiter in Materialtransportrichtung kurze nassgelegte Fasern (6a) mittels einer zweiten Zuführeinheit (6) auf der Oberseite des Vlieses (4a) abgelegt werden, so dass ein zweilagiges Vlies (9) entsteht, bei dem die einzelnen Lagen (4a, 6a) in einer zweiten nachfolgenden Verfestigung miteinander verbunden und getrocknet werden.[English]
