Abstract[English]
A method (5000) for molding first preforms (1110) against second preforms (1120) inside a mold (8000) comprising first (8110) and second (8120) mold components, the method comprising: deforming (5200) the preforms (1110, 1120) by adjusting (5210) a position (8305) of the mold components for pressing (5250) the first preforms against the second preforms in the mold; and overmolding (5300) the preforms inside the mold by injecting (5320) a thermoplastic resin causing a flow direction (8215FD) of overmolding material inside the mold, wherein the preforms comprise a thermoplastic resin and wherein the deforming comprises controlling (5100): a force of the deforming; a temperature of the deforming setting the preforms at temperatures (1100T) above a glass transition temperature (1100TG) and below a melting temperature (1100TM) of the preforms; and iii) a temperature (5400MT) of the mold.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé (5000) de moulage de premières préformes (1110) contre des secondes préformes (1120) à l'intérieur d'un moule (8000) comprenant des premier (8110) et second (8120) composants de moule, le procédé comprenant : la déformation (5200) des préformes (1110, 1120) par ajustement (5210) d'une position (8305) des composants de moule pour comprimer (5250) les premières préformes contre les secondes préformes dans le moule; et le surmoulage (5300) des préformes à l'intérieur du moule par injection (5320) d'une résine thermoplastique provoquant un sens d'écoulement (8215 FD) du matériau de surmoulage à l'intérieur du moule, les préformes comprenant une résine thermoplastique, et la déformation consistant à réguler (5100) : une force de déformation; une température de déformation fixant les préformes à des températures (1100T) supérieures à une température de transition vitreuse (1100 TG) et inférieures à une température de fusion (1100 TM) des préformes; et iii) une température (5400 MT) du moule.
