Abstract[English] The invention relates to highly water soluble enzyme granulates suitable for e.g. animal feed and a method for preparing the granulates. The granulates have a high enzyme content, low dust, high dispersibility in water and high flowability, and may be prepared using a fluidized bed process.[French] L'invention concerne des granulés enzymatiques hautement solubles dans l'eau appropriés pour, par exemple, un aliment pour animaux, et un procédé de préparation des granulés.
