The invention relates to a plant comprising at least: a gas turbine; a generator; a chimney (16) into which the hot exhaust gas from the gas turbine can be directed; a catalytic converter section (39) in the chimney (16), wherein nozzles (36) are arranged upstream of the catalytic converter section (39) and can inject a liquid in order to reduce the temperature of the hot exhaust gas from the gas turbine; optionally, a steam turbine and a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG).[French]
