L'invention concerne un procédé (100) permettant de préparer un réactif de sulfonation partielle de polyphénylène sulfone qui comprend les étapes suivantes : S1 : introduire du polyphénylène sulfone dans de l'acide sulfurique au moins jusqu'à la limite de solubilité et S2 : séparer des composants non dissous pour obtenir le réactif.
