Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen akustischen Wellenresonator mit einem spaltgekoppelten piezoelektrischen Element. Hierzu wird ein Aufbau vorgeschlagen, bei welchem zwischen zwei Elektroden ein piezoelektrisches Element vorgesehen ist. Dabei ist jeweils zwischen dem piezoelektrischen Element und den beiden Elektroden ein Spalt vorgesehen, welcher mit einem Gas befüllt sein kann. Auf diese Weise können die kapazitiven Eigenschaften des Wellenresonators gezielt angepasst werden.[English]
The present invention relates to an acoustic wave resonator having a gap-coupled piezoelectric element. To this end, a setup in which a piezoelectric element is provided between two electrodes is proposed. In this case, a gap, which may be filled with a gas, is provided in each case between the piezoelectric element and the two electrodes.
