Door control system (100) for remote operation of a door (1) by a user (20), the system (100) comprises a door operator terminal (10) configured to be operated by the user (20), a door operator control unit (30) configured to control operation of a door (1), a processing circuitry (102a, 102b, 102c) operatively connected to the door operator terminal (10) and the door operator control unit (30) configured to send, from the door operator terminal (10), a command message (CM) indicative of an instruction to the door operator control unit (30), receive, at the door operator terminal (10), a command response message (CRM) comprising a determined instruction from the door operator control unit (30) and determine if the determined instruction comprised in the command response message (CRM) corresponds to the instruction in the command message (CM) previously sent by the door operator terminal (10). The disclosure further relates to a method for remote operation of a door (1) by a user (20) and a computer program product (500).[French]
