Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a more efficient, sustainable system and process, wherein an off-gas comprising unsaturated hydrocarbons from a synthesis stage is recycled to the syngas stage through an off-gas conversion stage comprising hydrogenation of unsaturated hydrocarbons in said off-gas. The exotherm across the adiabatic hydrogenation unit is controlled efficiently by using dilution gas.[French]
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé plus efficaces, durables, un dégagement gazeux comprenant des hydrocarbures insaturés provenant d'un étage de synthèse étant recyclé vers l'étage de gaz de synthèse par l'intermédiaire d'un étage de conversion de dégagement gazeux comprenant l'hydrogénation d'hydrocarbures insaturés dans ledit dégagement gazeux. L'exotherme à travers l'unité d'hydrogénation adiabatique est régulé efficacement à l'aide d'un gaz de dilution.
