Abstract[English]
Aspects concern an apparatus (100) for generating a 3D scan (160) of an object (110) in an automated disassembly process, the apparatus (100) comprising a 3D scanner (120), the 3D scanner (120) configured to mounted on a machine (130), the machine (130) configured to move in at least one rotational motion and at least one translational displacement; a platform (140) positioned at a pre-determined distance from the machine (130), the platform (140) rotatable about a centre (140A); and a processor (150) arranged in data communication with the machine (130) and the platform (140), the processor (150) configured to obtain a set of scan parameters as input and provide a set of control data as output, the set of control data comprising at least one of a first control data to control the machine (130) to move the machine (130) to a desired pose of the 3D scanner, and a second control data to control the platform (140) to move the platform (140) to expose a surface of the object (110) within optical alignment of the 3D scanner.[French]
