Abstract[English] The present invention relates to mutated strains of Bifidobacterium longum with improved properties, such as stability. Further, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing mutated strains of Bifidobacterium longum, as well as use of these strains for improving the intestinal barrier function and/or eliciting an anti-inflammatory immune response.[French] La présente invention concerne des souches mutées de Bifidobacterium longum présentant des propriétés améliorées, comme par exemple la stabilité.
