A particle acoustic damper for locally damping vibration of a vehicle panels and reduce noise radiated by them comprising a pouch sealed to provide an enclosure and loose particles forming a filler inside the enclosure, characterised in that the pouch comprises of at least one layer of a spun bond fiber web.[French]
