Abstract[English] A method of estimating flow values from a well for a mixed fluid flow using a data driven virtual flow meter includes receiving operating data from the well, the operating data indicative of current operating parameters of the well and calculating a reconstruction error using an Al-based trained reconstruction error model and the operating data from the well. The method further includes predicting a first flow value of a first fluid and a second flow value of a second fluid using an Al-based trained flow model and the operating data from the well, the first fluid and the second fluid being mixed together as part of the mixed fluid flow, the reconstruction error being indicative of the accuracy of the predicted flow value.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé d'estimation de valeurs d'écoulement à partir d'un puits pour un écoulement de fluide mixte au moyen d'un débitmètre virtuel dirigé par des données, qui comprend la réception de données d'exploitation du puits, les données d'exploitation indiquant les paramètres d'exploitation actuels du puits et le calcul d'une erreur de reconstruction au moyen d'un modèle d'erreur de reconstruction entraîné basé sur l'IA et des données d'exploitation du puits.
