Abstract[English]
A novel nickel-based steam reforming catalyst comprising hibonite and potassium beta-alumina with improved resilience, improved activity, reduced potassium leaching and reduced coking problems. It also regards a method for producing the novel catalyst and uses of the novel catalyst in reforming reactors, in a plant for producing hydrogen gas, or in a plant for producing synthesis gas, or as a guard bed in a steam reforming process.[French]
L'invention concerne un nouveau catalyseur de reformage à la vapeur à base de nickel comprenant de l'hibonite et de la bêta-alumine de potassium ayant une résilience améliorée, une activité améliorée, une lixiviation à potassium réduite et des problèmes de cokéfaction réduits. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production du nouveau catalyseur et des utilisations du nouveau catalyseur dans des réacteurs de reformage, dans une installation de production d'hydrogène gazeux, ou dans une installation de production de gaz de synthèse, ou en tant que lit de garde dans un procédé de reformage à la vapeur.
