Abstract[English]
A wind turbine comprising: a hollow structural component comprising an internal opening and an outer wall surrounding the internal opening, wherein the outer wall, and a damping system for damping vibrations in the structural component, the damping system comprising: an array of actuators configured to damp vibrations of an internal or external surface of the outer wall, and a control system configured to: receive at least one input signal identifying vibrations in the wind turbine, determine a damping force based on the at least one input signal, and drive the array of actuators to apply the calculated damping force on the internal surface of the outer wall. In this way, the actuators can provide counterforces to vibrational wave forces in the wind turbine. The damping system is advantageous because it can finely adjust the amount of damping to deal with various kinds of vibrations in wind turbines.[French]
L'invention concerne une éolienne comprenant : un composant structural creux présentant une ouverture interne et une paroi externe entourant l'ouverture interne, la paroi externe et un système d'amortissement pour amortir les vibrations dans le composant structural. Ledit système d'amortissement comprend : un réseau d'actionneurs configurés pour amortir des vibrations d'une surface interne ou externe de la paroi externe, et un système de commande configuré pour : recevoir au moins un signal d'entrée identifiant des vibrations dans l'éolienne, déterminer une force d'amortissement sur la base du ou des signaux d'entrée, et entraîner le réseau d'actionneurs pour appliquer la force d'amortissement calculée sur la surface interne de la paroi externe. De cette manière, les actionneurs peuvent fournir des forces antagonistes aux forces d'ondes vibratoires dans l'éolienne. Le système d'amortissement est avantageux car il peut ajuster finement la quantité d'amortissement pour traiter divers types de vibrations dans des éoliennes.
