Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Überwachen einer Schaltung aus mehreren Leistungstransistoren, welche parallel zueinander geschaltet sind, mittels Werten von einem oder mehreren Parametern eines Parametersatzes der Schaltung, wobei zu aufeinanderfolgenden Zeitpunkten jeweilige Werte der Parameter ermittelt werden und ein Fehler ansprechend auf eine Abweichung zwischen Werten erkannt wird, welcher größer ist als ein Schwellenwert. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren eine Steuerungsvorrichtung zur Ausführung eines solchen Verfahrens sowie eine Schaltung mit einer solchen Steuerungsvorrichtung.[English]
The invention relates to a method for monitoring a circuit consisting of a plurality of power transistors, which are connected in parallel with one another, by means of values of one or more parameters of a parameter set of the circuit, wherein respective values of the parameters are determined at successive points in time and an error is identified in response to a deviation between values which is greater than a threshold value. The invention also relates to a control device for carrying out such a method and to a circuit comprising such a control device.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance d'un circuit composé de plusieurs transistors de puissance montés en parallèle, au moyen de valeurs d'un ou de plusieurs paramètres d'un ensemble de paramètres du circuit, des valeurs respectives des paramètres étant déterminées à des instants successifs et un défaut étant détecté en réponse à un écart entre des valeurs qui est supérieur à une valeur seuil. Cette invention concerne en outre un dispositif de commande pour la mise en œuvre d'un tel procédé ainsi qu'un circuit comprenant un tel dispositif de commande.
