Offenbart wird ein Metallträger-Halbleiterbauelement-Verbund (VB), aufweisend; - einen Metallträger (MT) mit einer Oberfläche (OF); - ein Halbleiterbauelement (HB), das auf der Oberfläche (OF) des Metallträgers (MT) angeordnet ist; - mindestens ein Schutzelement (SE), das auf der Oberfläche (OF) des Metallträgers (MT) angeordnet und das Halbleiterbauelement (HB) zumindest teilweise umlaufend gebildet ist; - wobei das Schutzelement (SE) eine Höhe (H2) aufweist, die gleich groß oder größer als die Höhe (H1) des Halbleiterbauelements (HB) ist. Ferner wird eine (leistungs-)elektrische Anordnung sowie einen (Leistungs-)lnverter mit einem genannten Verbund, sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des genannten Verbundes beschrieben.[English]
The invention relates to a composite (VB) composed of a metal carrier and a semiconductor component, the composite comprising: - a metal carrier (MT) having a surface (OF); -a semiconductor component (HB) which is arranged on the surface (OF) of the metal carrier (MT); - at least one protective element (SE) which is arranged on the surface (OF) of the metal carrier (MT) and is formed so as to at least partially surround the semiconductor component (HB); - wherein the protective element (SE) has a height (H2) which is equal to or greater than the height (H1) of the semiconductor component (HB). The invention also relates to a (power) electric arrangement and to a (power) converter comprising said composite, as well as to a method for manufacturing said composite.[French]
L'invention concerne un composite (VB) composé d'un support métallique et d'un composant semi-conducteur, le composite comprenant : - un support métallique (MT) présentant une surface (OF) ; - un composant semi-conducteur (HB) qui est disposé sur la surface (OF) du support métallique (MT) ; au moins un élément de protection (SE) qui est disposé sur la surface (OF) du support métallique (MT) et qui est formé de manière à entourer au moins partiellement le composant semi-conducteur (HB) ; - l'élément de protection (SE) ayant une hauteur (H2) qui est égale ou supérieure à la hauteur (H1) du composant semi-conducteur (HB).
