Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung einer Frontklappe (1) in einem Frontbereich (2) eines Personenkraftwagens (3), bei welcher die Frontklappe (1) über wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung (4) zwischen einer Schließstellung (5) und wenigstens einer Offenstellung (6) um eine Schwenkachse (7) verschwenkbar an einer Karosserie (8) des Personenkraftwagens (3) gehalten ist, wobei die Frontklappe (1) in der Schließstellung (5) mittels einer Verriegelungseinrichtung (15) gegenüber einem Verschwenken um die Schwenkachse (7) aus der Schließstellung (5) sicherbar ist, wobei eine wenigstens eine Gasfeder (17) aufweisende Federeinrichtung (16), mittels welcher die Frontklappe (1) um die Schwenkachse (7) aus der Schließstellung (5) in die Offenstellung (6) verschwenkbar ist.[English]
