Das Kabel (10) weist ein Kabelelement (22) auf, welches ein aushärtbares Material aufweist, wobei für die Ausbildung der Kabelabschnitte (10A, 10B, 10C) mit unterschiedlichen Steifigkeiten das Kabelelement (22) Längsabschnitte (24A, 24B, 24C) mit unterschiedlichen Aushärtegraden aufweist. Bei dem Material handelt es sich insbesondere um ein sinterfähiges PTFE. Das Kabel (10) kann zur teilweisen Implantierung in einem menschlichen Körper ausgebildet sein.[English]
