Proposed is a fork leg comprising an outer tube and an inner tube which extend along a longitudinal axis, wherein: the inner tube has at least one fastening portion for arrangement of a fork crown; a first stop, which is movable along the longitudinal axis, is mounted in the outer tube, which stop is designed to limit a retraction movement of the inner tube; a sleeve element extends from the first stop in the direction of the inner tube and has a second stop; the second stop is designed to limit an extension movement of the inner tube; a first fluid chamber is formed between the sleeve element and the outer tube, which chamber is variable in size by means of the retraction and extension movement of the inner tube and is fluidically connectable to an adjustment volume which is delimited in parts by the first stop, so that when the inner tube is retracted and the fluid displaced as a result, the first stop is movable into a first position, in particular into a high position; and the adjustment volume is connectable to a second fluid chamber, as a result of which the first stop is movable into a second position, in particular into a low position.[French]
