Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung eines Befestigungselements (1) an einem Säulenteil (2) einer Fahrzeugsäule (3) für eine Karosserie (4) eines Kraftwagens, bei welcher das Befestigungselement (1) wenigstens einen Befestigungsbereich (10) aufweist, über welchen ein zum Verriegeln einer Seitentür (9) des Kraftwagens vorgesehener Schließbügel (8) an dem Befestigungselement (1) zu halten ist, wobei das Befestigungselement (1) auf einer von dem Schließbügel (8) abgewandten Seite (14) des Säulenteils (2) angeordnet ist, wobei das Befestigungselement (1) an dem Säulenteil (2) über ein separat von dem Befestigungselement (1) und dem Säulenteil (2) ausgebildetes Koppelelement (18) gehalten ist, welches sich zumindest bereichsweise zwischen dem Befestigungselement (1) und dem Säulenteil (1) erstreckt.[English]
