Verfahren zum Befestigen einer Außenführung (1) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial an einen Rollbalg (3) einer Luftfeder (5) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: - Bereitstellen des Rollbalgs (3), - Bereitstellen eines innerhalb des Rollbalgs (3) liegenden Stützrings (4), - Bereitstellen der außerhalb des Rollbalgs (3) liegenden Außenführung (1), - wobei die Außenführung (1) einen Klemmbereich (2) umfasst, mittels welchem die Außenführung (1) an den Rollbalg (3) befestigt wird, wobei der Stützring (4) korrespondierend zu dem Klemmbereich (2) positioniert ist, - Erwärmen des Klemmbereich (2) der Außenführung (1) mittels einer Wärmequelle (8), - Verformen des Kunststoffmaterials der Außenführung (1) im erwärmten Klemmbereich (2) mittels eines Klemmwerkzeugs (9), sodass die Außenführung (1) gegen den Stützring (4) kraftschlüssig verpresst wird, wobei die Wärmequelle (8) den Klemmbereich (2) mittels Wärmestrahlung erwärmt.[English]
