The invention relates to an electric machine (1) comprising a rotor (2) and a stator (3), wherein the stator (3) has: a plurality of stator teeth (4); a plurality of grooves (5), each formed between two stator teeth (4), for receiving a stator winding (6); and a plurality of pole shoes (8) each arranged on a lateral surface (7) of one of the stator teeth (4), characterised in that an elastic element (9) is coupled to at least two pole shoes (8), said elastic element pressing said at least two pole shoes (8) against the lateral surfaces (7).[French]
