Provided are a capsid-modified adeno-associated virus (AAV), preparation therefor and a use thereof. Specifically, provided are an AAV capsid protein variant, a preparation method for recombinant AAV particles comprising a variant capsid protein, and compared with an AAV containing an unmodified parental AAV capsid protein, increased infectivity and gene product expression thereof in target cells such as retinal cells.[French]
