Abstract[English]
Provided are a pharmaceutical composition and a use thereof, and a kit, relating to the technical field of gene therapy. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV), a surfactant, and a buffer solution. The rAAV comprises a nucleic acid, and the nucleic acid comprises a coding sequence. The coding sequence is a nucleotide sequence encoding an anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) fusion protein or an anti-VEGF antibody. The pharmaceutical composition exhibits chemical and physical stability while also providing safety, can also ensure long-term high-level expression of an exogenous gene, particularly a VEGF fusion protein gene, and thus has good efficacy for patients with ophthalmic diseases.[French]
L'invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la thérapie génique, et concerne une composition pharmaceutique et son utilisation, ainsi qu'une trousse correspondante. La composition pharmaceutique comprend un virus adéno-associé recombinant (rAAV), un tensioactif et une solution tampon. Le rAAV comprend un acide nucléique, ledit acide nucléique comportant une séquence codante. La séquence codante est une séquence nucléotidique codant pour une protéine de fusion anti‑facteur de croissance endothéliale vasculaire (VEGF) ou un anticorps anti-VEGF.
