Disclosed in the present application are a data-rate-related method and apparatus used in a node for wireless communication. A first node, which is used for wireless communication, is characterized in that the first node comprises a first receiver, which receives first signaling, wherein the first signaling schedules a first channel; and the first node determines, on the basis of a first condition set, whether to process the first channel, wherein the first condition set comprises a first data rate being not greater than a first reference data rate, the first data rate depends on the number of data bits corresponding to at least one uplink channel and the number of data bits corresponding to at least one downlink channel, and the first reference data rate depends on at least one of a configuration and a user equipment capability.[French]
