The present invention relates to the field of cell therapy, and specifically relates to a method for preparing a CAR-expressing T cell and a use. Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing a CAR-T cell, comprising the following steps: S1, collecting a T cell-containing cell population of an autologous or allogeneic donor of a subject; S2, administering lymphodepletion therapy to the subject for pretreatment; and S3, administering the T cell-containing cell population and a viral vector to the subject.[French]
