Abstract[English]
A solid beverage composition, containing, by weight: 20-70% carbohydrates; 5-20% glycerol; 10-60% electrolytes; and 0-8% vitamins, wherein the electrolytes contain lactate and/or succinate, and one or more selected from sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, zinc, carbonate, phosphate, sulfate, citrate and glycinate. The osmolality of the solid beverage composition after reconstitution is 280-320 mosmol/kg, which can achieve ideal functions of water retention, loss prevention and rapid electrolyte replenishment, and also realize functions such as enhancing exercise performance and meeting sugar-free requirements.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition de boisson solide, contenant, en poids : 20 à 70 % de glucides ; 5 à 20 % de glycérol ; 10 à 60 % d'électrolytes ; et 0 à 8 % de vitamines, les électrolytes contenant du lactate et/ou du succinate, et un ou plusieurs éléments choisis parmi le sodium, le potassium, le chlorure, le calcium, le magnésium, le zinc, le carbonate, le phosphate, le sulfate, le citrate et le glycinate.
