The present invention provides a local double-layer code encoding method based on a compound error correction codeword region, comprising a QR code B pattern printed on a substrate, and an easily damaged material covering a part of the QR code B pattern; a QR code pattern A corresponds to a first code, and the QR code pattern B corresponds to a second code; the QR code pattern A and the QR code pattern B have the same error correction codeword region but different data block regions. On the basis of the encoding rule of the QR code, the QR code pattern converted from the first code is equivalent to the QR code pattern A; and on the basis of the encoding rule of the QR code, the QR code pattern converted from the second code is equivalent to the QR code pattern B.[French]
