Disclosed in the present invention are a collimation apparatus, a neutron capture therapy system, and a recognition method for the collimation apparatus. The collimation apparatus comprises a base part and a collimation part, and the base part is detachably connected to the collimation part. The collimation apparatus further comprises a recognition apparatus; the recognition apparatus is used for recognizing the collimation part; the recognition apparatus comprises a first recognition part arranged on the base part and a second recognition part correspondingly arranged on the collimation part; and the second recognition part can match at least part of the first recognition part for response. In the technical solution, when different collimation parts can be installed on the base part, features of a replaced collimator such as model or parameters can be recognized on the basis of the matching between the first recognition part and the second recognition part, so as to determine whether the replaced collimator satisfies a current treatment plan for a patient, thereby ensuring device and treatment safety.[French]
