A non-loosening nut comprising: a main body (20) containing: body threads (21), spherical seats (22), and guide grooves (23); wherein the body threads (21) are continuous standard thread, the spherical seats (22) are disposed at the root of the body threads (21), the guide grooves (23) within the spherical seats (22), having an axial tilt angle; hemispherical elements (30) containing: hemispherical threads (31), guide pins (32), and inclined surface (33), wherein the hemispherical threads (31) continously engage with the body threads (21); the guide pins (32) are slidably fitted into the guide grooves (23), with their axes deflected by 30 degrees relative to the symmetric center of the hemispherical elements (30); the inclined surface (33) form an initial angle with the bottom end face of the main body (20).[French]
L'invention concerne un écrou anti-desserrage comprenant : un corps principal (20) comportant : un filetage (21), des sièges sphériques (22) et des rainures de guidage (23); le filetage (21) du corps étant un filetage standard continu, les sièges sphériques (22) étant disposés à la base du filetage (21), les rainures de guidage (23) étant formées à l'intérieur des sièges sphériques (22) et présentant un angle d'inclinaison axial; des éléments hémisphériques (30) contenant : des filetages hémisphériques (31), des broches de guidage (32) et une surface inclinée (33), les filetages hémisphériques (31) venant en prise en continu avec les filetages (21) du corps; les broches de guidage (32) sont ajustées de manière coulissante dans les rainures de guidage (23), leurs axes étant déviés de 30 degrés par rapport au centre de symétrie des éléments hémisphériques (30); la surface inclinée (33) forme un angle initial avec la face d'extrémité inférieure du corps principal (20).
