A parking garage having a reinforced concrete structure. The parking garage is built above ground, and uses a small column grid dimension, a stilt ground floor, and solid beamless slabs. All standard floors are open on all sides. Column capitals or drop panels need to be provided at positions where top ends of independent support columns of a stilt ground floor and top ends of independent support columns of all the standard floors of the parking garage are in contact with the bottoms of the beamless slabs. The parking garage has low manufacturing costs, low construction difficulty, a short construction period, and low use and maintenance costs.[French]
