Abstract[English]
A production method for high-purity tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, comprising the following steps: adding tetrapropylammonium halide into a raw material chamber of an electrolytic cell; and by means of electrolysis, tetrapropylammonium cations passing through a cationic membrane, entering a cathode chamber, and being combined with hydroxide ions generated at a cathode, so as to form tetrapropylammonium hydroxide to prepare a quaternary ammonium base. The raw material chamber contains a citrate ion compound. The production method for high-purity tetrapropylammonium hydroxide has the advantage of helping to improve the quality of a quaternary ammonium base product.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'hydroxyde de tétrapropylammonium de haute pureté, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant : à ajouter un halogénure de tétrapropylammonium dans une chambre de matière première d'une cellule électrolytique ; et au moyen d'une électrolyse, à faire passer des cations de tétrapropylammonium à travers une membrane cationique, à les faire entrer dans une chambre de cathode, et à les combiner avec des ions hydroxyde générés au niveau d'une cathode, de façon à former de l'hydroxyde de tétrapropylammonium pour préparer une base d'ammonium quaternaire. La chambre de matière première contient un composé d'ion citrate.
