A light emitting element is provided. The light emitting element includes a first conductive layer; a barrier layer on the first conductive layer; and a plurality of pillars spaced apart from each other by the barrier layer. A respective pillar of the plurality of pillars includes a first semiconductor material layer on the first conductive layer; a multiple quantum wells layer on a side of the first semiconductor material layer away from the first conductive layer; and a second semiconductor material layer on a side of the barrier layer and the multiple quantum wells layer away from the first semiconductor material layer. An angle of light emission of the light emitting element is within ± 20 degrees.[French]
L'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent.
