治疗女性感染HPV16、18高危病毒的物理方法——冰疗法，是利用冰在妇女子宫口和阴道的一部分区域内，制造一个零度左右的环境，在这个环境中人体的正常组织，和病灶、病毒的耐受度有所不同。实践证明，病灶、病毒的耐受度低于人体正常组织的耐受度，在超出耐受度的时间里，病毒就会死亡。经过数次这样的重复，红斑消退、表皮开始恢复，从而达到了治疗疾病的效果。此时病灶里还有病毒，需要一段时间，靠人本的生长力和免疫力慢慢清除，不可大意，要跟踪观察！
