Abstract[English] Provided is a high-precision edema measurement device, comprising an elongated positioning ruler (10), wherein a scale line (11) is marked on the positioning ruler in a length direction thereof, a through groove (12) is formed below the scale line in the length direction of the positioning ruler, and two mounting seats (13) are slidably arranged in the through groove; and a measurement ruler (14) is fixedly connected to each of the two mounting seats, and a scale line is marked on each measurement ruler. When the edema measurement device is in use, the positioning ruler is perpendicular to two legs or two arms of a patient, and is fixed at a position to be measured where the two legs or the two arms are perpendicular to each other; and an operator slides the two measurement rulers along the through groove to the position to be measured on the two legs or the two arms of the patient, and makes the two measurement rulers respectively wrap around the position to be measured of the two legs or the two arms of the patient by one circle, and the length of each measurement ruler wrapping around the position to be measured by one circle is the perimeter of the position to be measured.
