Abstract[English]
Various example embodiments relate to a solution for a film bulk acoustic resonator comprising a substrate, at least three electrodes disposed above the substrate and at least two piezo-electric layers disposed above the substrate such that each piezo-electric layer is separated from another piezo-electric layer by an electrode such that one electrode is disposed below the piezo-electric layer and another one is disposed above the piezo-electric layer. All odd number electrodes are connected together to a first electric port and have a first potential and all even number electrodes are connected together to a second electric port and have a second potential, so that the electric field is oppositely directed inside of two neighbouring piezo-electric layers with the same polarization.[French]
Divers modes de réalisation donnés à titre d'exemple de la présente invention concernent une solution pour un résonateur acoustique de volume à film comprenant un substrat, au moins trois électrodes disposées au-dessus du substrat et au moins deux couches piézoélectriques disposées au-dessus du substrat de telle sorte que chaque couche piézoélectrique est séparée d'une autre couche piézoélectrique par une électrode de telle sorte qu'une électrode est disposée au-dessous de la couche piézoélectrique et une autre est disposée au-dessus de la couche piézoélectrique.
