Abstract[English]
A network device configured to operate as a source node (106) for a user device (102) which has transitioned from the source node (106) to a target node during an ongoing communication session in a communications network, the source node (106) configured to transmit an indication to the target node (104), wherein the indication indicates that the source node (106) will remain as being an anchor node for the user device (102) during the ongoing communication session. The modification to existing procedures over Uu, F1, E1 and Xn interface makes the present invention suitable for supporting anchoring functionality during multishot SDT.[French]
