ORYS is a young and multidisciplinary law firm, active in all aspects of commercial & real estate activities. Mr. Erik De Caluwé is partner and head of the commercial law department. With extensive experience in commercial litigation, he is also very active in IP-matters and advises both companies in the creative sector and artists on all aspects of intellectual property law, and specifically on copyright and trademarks. His practice covers both contentious as advisory work.
