Abstract[English]
The invention provides a method of applying a corrosion resistant coat to a pipe section by extruding a viscoelastic material, from an extruder, onto an exterior surface of the pipe section, while simultaneously imparting rotational and longitudinal movement to the pipe section, and while adjusting at least one process parameter to ensure that a thickness of the corrosion resistant coat is within a range 500 μm to 2000 μm.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'application d'un revêtement résistant à la corrosion sur une section de tuyau par extrusion d'un matériau viscoélastique, à partir d'une extrudeuse, sur une surface extérieure de la section de tuyau, tout en conférant simultanément un mouvement de rotation et longitudinal à la section de tuyau, et tout en ajustant au moins un paramètre de traitement pour garantir qu'une épaisseur du revêtement résistant à la corrosion soit dans une plage de 500 µm à 2000 µm.
