Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a spray dried composition comprising nitrogen fixing bacteria, a bulking agent, a desiccation protectant, an antioxidant, and a coating agent. The present disclosure further relates to a coating composition and coated plant comprising the coating composition. The present disclosure also provides a method of forming a spray dried composition comprising contacting a liquid composition with a heated gas, wherein the liquid composition comprises water, a nitrogen fixing bacteria, a bulking agent, a desiccation protectant, an antioxidant, and a coating agent. The liquid composition is introduced into a chamber through a nozzle and dried in the chamber to provide a spray dried composition. The spray dried composition disclosed herein can maintain the viability of the nitrogen fixing bacteria for improved shelf stability.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne une composition séchée par pulvérisation comprenant des bactéries fixant l'azote, un agent de charge, un agent protecteur contre la dessiccation, un antioxydant et un agent d'enrobage. La présente divulgation concerne également une composition d'enrobage et une plante enrobée comprenant la composition d'enrobage.
