Abstract[English]
Liquid pharmaceutical formulations of frovatriptan, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, intended for non-oral administration is disclosed. The formulations include frovatriptan, a liquid vehicle, and one or more optional pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, and demonstrate stability at room temperature for an extended period. The method of preparation for the liquid frovatriptan formulation as well as its therapeutic application in diseases treatable with frovatriptan are also described.[French]
L'invention concerne des formulations pharmaceutiques liquides de frovatriptan, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, destinées à une administration non orale. Les formulations comprennent du frovatriptan, un véhicule liquide et un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables facultatifs, et présentent une stabilité à température ambiante pendant une période étendue. L'invention concerne également le procédé de préparation de la formulation liquide de frovatriptan ainsi que son application thérapeutique dans des maladies pouvant être traitées avec du frovatriptan.
