Abstract[English]
Provided herein are several embodiments for an anchor device for insertion into a bone, all of which include a post suitable for implantation into a bone, and a cord housing coupled to the post. The cord housing has a lower housing with a cradle for receiving therein at least one cord, and an upper housing with a clamp for placement over the at least one cord inserted into the cradle. The joining of the upper housing to the lower housing forms a cord channel by the cradle and the clamp, to encase the at least one cord placed into the cradle. The cord housing also has means for fastening the upper housing to the lower housing and securing the at least one cord within the cord channel.[French]
Plusieurs modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un dispositif d'ancrage destiné à être inséré dans un os, comprenant tous un plot adapté pour être implanté dans un os, et un boîtier de câble couplé au plot. Le boîtier de câble comporte un boîtier inférieur muni d'un berceau destiné à recevoir au moins un câble, et un boîtier supérieur muni d'une pince destinée à être placée sur ledit au moins un câble inséré dans le berceau. L'assemblage du boîtier supérieur avec le boîtier inférieur forme un canal de câble par le berceau et la pince, afin d'enfermer ledit au moins un câble placé dans le berceau. Le boîtier de câble comporte également des moyens de fixation du boîtier supérieur au boîtier inférieur et de blocage dudit au moins un câble à l'intérieur du canal de câble.
