Abstract[English]
Certain systems for intraosseous nerve ablation can include an introducer that can be inserted into a bone. In some instances, the introducer can be selectively coupled with one or more instruments to assist in placement in or manipulation of the bone. A needle assembly can be selectively coupled to the introducer. The needle assembly can include deployable tines. In some instances, two introducers and two needle assemblies are placed at different sides of the intraosseous nerve. The needle assemblies can be, in some instances, operated in a bipolar mode to apply radiofrequency energy within the bone to ablate the intraosseous nerve.[French]
